1. Subject Negatives/Film were analyzed by HQ IVT and 7602 AINTELG, it and the following results were found:
A. Negative #1: Deplicting C-5A aircraft on approach and streaking
unidentified aerial object in lower right portion of film. Film found to be unaltered. Size differential was not consistent with size of aircraft.
Conclusion: Inconclusive
B. Negative #2: Deplicting cylinder shaped unidentified aerial object in upper left portion of photo. Film found to be unaltered. Film showed object to be consistent with field depth and consistent with relative size of fixed objects. Conclusion: Legitimate negative of unidentified aerial object. Bolton/Reinfeld method did not reveal visible markings on object.
C. Negative #3: Deplicting irregular shaped unidentified aerial object in seven frames of 8MM film. Because of the size and apparent speed of object no further classification or conclusion could be drawn. Film shown to be unaltered.
D. 34 inches of 8MM film: Deplicting apparent colored object moving in front of still camera. Film found to be unaltered. Spectrography
revealed colors to be basic prism features. Depth analysis revealed object to be within 152MM of camera. Object was not consistent with relative size of fixed objects observed for several seconds in film.
Conclusion: inconclusive.
E. Original Negative Deplicting Unidentified Object: Film found to be unaltered. Because of a lack of fixed objects in the film, no depth analysis could be performed. Bolton, Reinfeld method revealed object to be saucer shaped, approximate diameter 37 feet. Object contained a
trilateral insignia on the lower portion of object. Conclusion:
Legitimate negative of unidentified aerial object.

"If you don't know Jeff Ritzmann, you may be on the other side of "Ufology" -- the side that believes the "aliens" are all terribly friendly beings who can't wait "to help humanity pull it's head out of its ass. Or maybe you don't support that particular idea, but are apt to believe in a number of cases of questionable credibility (though you may be unaware). Or maybe he isn't as notable as I assume he is, which could very well be the case. However, in my opinion, Jeff is a breath of fresh air in a field that is caked with so much bullshit and ridiculous claims, it makes the whole WMD thing look like a friendly game of "Clue".There is a growing number of individuals within the UFO "community" that harbor what I call a "healthy skepticism". Somewhere along the way "skepticism" became synonymous with debunking, and that is quite unfortunate. Why anyone would approach any area of study or research without an objective eye and a moderately skeptical mind, is beyond me. But, as many of you probably know, there is a majority of people who" so want to believe", that they either forget that an investigation requires a scientific approach, or tune that out because they have based their life or ideals on a certain belief, and wouldn't know what to do if that were suddenly taken away.And really, there are many different reasons why people tend to take someone's words at face-value without checking out the case history and observations of everyone involved, "including" those in opposition. Just because you don't like what someone may have to say does not mean it isn't true, nor does it mean that they are trying to debunk the entire subject of UFOs. You simply "have" to weigh in all possibilities before you can make as close to an accurate assumption as possible.This is part of why I like MUFON. I know there are complaints about MUFON, but overall, I think they are a great organization (I'm a card-carrying member, myself). Not everyone "involved" with MUFON may represent the "purpose" of MUFON as accurately as it's mission statement would hope, but you can't shove off the whole organization based on individual opinions or actions. My understanding of MUFON is that instead of "trying to prove a UFO "has been witnessed, they "try to prove that it wasn't a UFO", looking for a more terrestrial-based IFO explanation. This in no way means that MUFON is part of the disinfo crew. Quite the contrary. MUFON is needed (along with others) to help clean up the complete mess that has been made of Ufology by hoaxers, liars, self-proclaimed prophets, new age "gurus" and doe-eyed believers. People like Dr. Jonathan Reed, Stan Romanek, Jeff Peckman and Billy Meier come to mind. Actually, a lot of people come to mind but don't feel like typing out that gigantic listBack to Ritzmann: Jeff Ritzmann approaches Ufology and abduction claims with that much-needed skepticism I've been talking about. I was on Raytown Chase and 63rd Thoroughfare sitting at a red light. I was header to a friend's house. I noticed the object in the same way as a noble in the car nearby to me had out a video camera and was pointing it at the sky. Since I first saw the object I knew it was a UFO in the same way as I carry never seen doesn't matter what like that past. I am uncommunicative like flyer airplanes and military airplanes and this was neither. The object was controlled over the Raytown Rinse Come out. It hovered for five seconds from similar to I first saw it, then it rose up ten feet flipped over and slothfully flew down Raytown Chase toward the west. I chased after it and all of a clear it emitted a black contrail and better speed vividly and finished. We watched and seen helicoptors in the sky. At first we wondered if it may well of been helicotors flying but the object was at rest as for the helicoptor we saw earlier you may well hook in shape. One observation I've made while journeying through UFO Land is that there are a handful of active, yet bored, anti-UFOists. Yes, they're skeptics, but it's more than that. Some are ex-UFO investigators/researchers themselves. Years ago, they started UFO newsletters, magazines, journals, groups, meetings, presentations. They investigated local UFO sightings. They researched UFO history and became familiar with the UFO cases and participants. Others never were so involved; that was, and is, beneath them. This never stopped them from commenting on UFOs, even writing books about them. While there are differences between these two; the skeptic who sneers at it all, and the ex-wonderer/wanderer who "now" sneers at it all, they have some things in common. And that's boredom, with a capitol B. Bored, bored bored. They are so damn bored.
They're so bored, they have to write about how bored they are, and tell others about how bored they are. They have the need to express their ennui with UFOlogy to others; but that's not enough, they have to try and get others to come over ot their side. They have no qualms about being insulting to pro-UFOers. They think it's okay for some reason; probably because, aside from being bored, they're arrogant. They're arrogant, because in their mind, they're right. Their rightness gives them the right (heh) to be obnoxious towards others they deem unworthy. Those that haven't yet turned toward the UFO side are ripe for picking; aiming their pleas at the neutral, the undecided, the newbie, the Bored ask them to come on over and join them in their anti-UFO, fanatical rationalism.
These bored types respond to anything UFO-ish with a big yawn. They often qualify their bored responses with the typical refrain of many a skeptic: "oh, I wish it would be true. I wish we'd all get the answer that a new study, a new case, a new witness, will tell us what UFOs are, and why, and from where they've come."
Even if they truly did wish that, one wonders why they're wasting so much time with telling us how bored they are.

NASAs Low-Density Supersonic Decelerator (LDSD), a flying saucer that will one day transport cargo to Mars, will take to space in June.
NASA said large high-altitude balloons will loft the LDSD into space in a new test to examine the capabilities of the Supersonic Inflatable Aerodynamic Decelerator (SIAD), an eight meter long, doughnut-shaped air brake, and the Supersonic Disk Sail (SSDS) parachute, the largest supersonic parachute ever deployed.
In the June test, LDSD will lift-off from the U.S. Navys Pacific Missile Range Facility on Kauai, Hawaii. The vehicle will be lifted by the balloons before being released for descent to Earth.
The test will be the first of two such tests scheduled this year. NASA said the tests will focus on the SIAD-E and SSDS technologies, incorporating lessons learned during the 2014 test. Changes planned for the SSDS parachute include a rounder shape and structural reinforcement.
The UFO-shaped LDSD is designed to land massive payloads on Mars, asteroids and other planets. LDSD will be critical to supporting the United States manned Mars mission scheduled for the 2030s.
