Kambing yang menjadi korban milik Giman (3 ekor), Bayu Waskito (3 ekor), Sugeng (1 ekor), dan Toko (1 ekor). Ternak yang menjadi korban semuanya berada di luar kandang karena bangunan kandang ambruk diguncang gempa, 27 Mei lalu. Serangan ini baru diketahui warga pukul 05.00.
"Saat akan memberi makan sapi, saya melihat tiga ekor kambing saya rebah di tanah. Kemudian saya dekati dan ternyata kambing saya sudah mati. Yang membuat saya heran, kenapa tidak ada bekas tetesan darah dan kambing tidak dimakan," kata Giman, anggota Lembu Manunggal, Sabtu.
Giman mengatakan, serangan ini memupus rencananya untuk memperbaiki rumahnya yang roboh diguncang gempa. Seekor kambing dihargai Rp 300.000.
