If I would hold a dime up at arms length, it would have been covered by the dime. I watched it for about a minute. It would flash a light now and then. I decided I had to get my husband up to see this even though he has to get up at 3:00 a.m everyday to leave for work at 4:00 a.m. So I got him up, told him there was something weird, maybe a satellite in the sky. He went outside with me and I showed him the object. He said he could only see the light(s) but he only saw the one and possibly due to his eyesight or being just awakened, he could not see the shape. He grunted "Im going back to bed, have fun (or something like that)" and went back to bed. Thinking, "Im not going to have a witness", I ran to my computer and posted on FB " theres a UFO in the southern sky right now OMG". Then I got on my boots and a hat and went back outside, but this time I stepped off the porch and down the steps. At that time, the object was still where it was when I had gone inside. Its lights were still emitting a flash of light now & then. I looked up and in a semi-circle, that was facing the first object were approximately 6 or 7 more of this same thing. They were also flashing their lights and it was all simultaneously. I stood and watched them for another minute or two, then they all just disappeared! There was only blackness where the objects had been. I waited a few more minutes, but they did not re-appear. I went back into my house and continued what I was doing on the computer. About 45 minutes later, my curiousity got the better of me and I went back outside and down the steps. I did not see anything where they had been before, but when I looked South- South West, I saw one of these objects. Looking more, I spottd 4 or 5 more, and again, they were flashing their lights in unison. I probably only watchd them for a minute, then suddenly a beam of light came out of each of them..at the same time. The beams were not as bright as when their lights would flash, but were very visible. The beams came out of the crafts at an angle, like 4 o'clock on a clock in reference to the top of the craft being 12 oclock. I only watched these beams for about 15-20 seconds, then it was like a cloud covered the objects. I could see the lights flash, but not as brightly. It was almost like there was a shroud over them, but I could tell they were stil there. And then they were gone. Poof! I posted a bit about this on my FB page then in the morning I went to WTTE Fox 28s FB page and posted asking if anyone else had seen this. Is it a coincidence that later that day, there were 4 big gray helicopters fly in the same path that the objects did, TWICE? By the way, Ive been in the same home for almost 17 years and have never seen more than one helicopter at a time and its usually life flight. I don't know. I'm not a UFO crazy. I don't watch shows about UFOs but I have seen some unexplained things before, but never something like this. I called my brother who is retired from the Marine Corps and he told me to report this sighting to you, MUFON. I just realised I'm supposed to tell you my feelings. Last night, 11/16/12, in the sky between Greenwood, Indiana, and Whiteland, Indiana I saw a bright light in the sky, it looked like a fire ball, it was traveling from West to East and as it traveled I saw 6 - 8 fireballs break off of it. I was driving and did not count them all.
At first I thought it was a flair, or maybe fireworks, so I didn't pay too much attention too it, but than it did not drop or fade from the sky like I would have expected, and it started dropping off other fire balls, or so they appeared, at regular intervals. That is when I started paying attention.
Each of the fire balls released from the big one seemed to hover and than just disappear in a flash.
I know I counted 4 but there were more than I counted.
Then after dropping off these the main one just disappeared in a flash.
I tried to video tape it on my phone, but by the time I realized it was something to pay attention too, I was not fast enough.
I was concerned because there was just an explosion on the south side the Saturday before, so I was concerned about foul play.
I asked my friends and family but they didn't see it and hear anything about it, so I started looking on line, after I got my work done.
I found your website and it showed a fireball over Indianapolis a couple of hours later so I thought maybe you know what it was.
What I saw looked similar to the video you showed, except there were a bunch of them.
Because there were no new explosions I assume it is unrelated to that, I hope.
If you can help me, or give me some idea what it was I would appreciate it.

I first thought it was a plane reflecting the sun's light back at me. It looked pretty and curious so I kept warching as it emerged silently from a low dark cloud perhaps a few miles away, a the most. It first wasmoving north-north-westerly, then slowed, hovered a moment and moved theother way, with anapparent speed of perhaps 80mph tops, not superfast, but no slouch either. It maintained apparent altitude, went into and out of the cloud and reversed directions briely then went again in a relatively consistent speed and altitude, under the low dark cloud, to the south. I ran an called in myback door for someone to come quick and my wife and sone came and looked with me searching the sky for several minutes, but it had vanished. It was surreal. I was (and am) incredulous and speechless, in awe - it defied explanation. I am critical and skeptical of anyone that reports this stuff - even with photos or videos. I know whatI saw, though, and just want to know if I am alone in this sighting. I notified the police, local airport, and local newspaper - basically again to see if anyone else saw it - nobody I know of yet.

It was a never-ending childhood replete with nightmares. I can honestly say, I never slept a full night in my life. I lived in constant fear. Mostly, I thought I was alone. I have read them all and yet I think, what if I stopped writing Science Fiction long enough to write about my experiences? What shadow would I cast?
I have seen things so crazy, perhaps they are too unimaginable. I know a pervasive darkness dwells in this world that people ignore because it is scary to look into the abyss that always looks back. And yet, there is NO scientist who will tell you it is there. There is no great authority that will tell you that the monster under the bed is, in fact, real.
Why?
Mostly because we thrive on lies. Lies keep us sane. Imagine if we all knew what the world was really about. Imagine if people really knew there was more than one god vying for their souls? Or that demons DO exist. Or that the world was once inhabited by things so old and forgotten that their names cannot be pronounced even by the most talented linguist?
The world is so old it's scary. The things that dwell therein are even scarier. Worst of all, if you come from a family notorious for knowing this, you're screwed. You can live a normal life for a few months at a time, until the things come back to remind you that they only have a voice when you are listening. Or that you only have a purpose when you are listening.
This is why I delve into the paranormal occasionally. This is why, no matter how badly I want to comment on a topic I hold back. I know that the longer I keep my hand on the pulse of ultra-reality, the more the things from my childhood will think they can invade my space.
