My fiance and I had stepped onto our back porch to smoke and proceeded to star gaze like most nights. After about 7 minuets outside the conversation turned to binary stars and where one might look to see some. I pointed to Orion, low on the horizon and my fiance suddenly points out an object coming above ththe house. We live in an area of Mesa with high air craft visibility and a lot of flight traffic. There were obvious planes flying at various altitudes and this triangular object came on a North East path. As it came over there was no engine noise and the objects body seemed almost transparent. There was a single orange light at each point of the object and the rest looked as if it was trying to blend into the night sky. It moved at a moderate pace across the sky and was hard to track after it passed over. It was as if the object was covered by a cloud with how faint it was. There is not a cloud in the sky tonight, we are very excited about this.
