When he zooms out you can see the object's location. In 2009 Murat filmed a curved shape of 4 orange/yellow light orbs. It is tough to determine the exact color. This was witnessed by multiple people in the city. He eventually zooms out and when he does it exposes the location and the surrounding environment. The area were the unknown object is hanging out is over open water. In other words if you look at a map there is no island, lighthouse, or shipping marker in that specific spot. I have tried to see if that could explain what these lights are. If there was a plausible mundane explanation I would like to hear it and take it into account. I used another image taken on a different day from the same vantage point for comparison. The orange orb objects are seen for some reason in similar areas and time that the solid objects are seen.

COMPARISON
A few people wonder how were they able to capture the UFO at such a close range? The reason is there were factors that were just right at the time of these videos were taken. The light source is coming from the moon which in some portions of the film was full but in others it was approximately half to 1/4. Stay tuned for a post about the moon cycles on the days of the sighting. Another factor is that the camera Murat was using had a 200x adapter which was an electronic doubler, which is frequently used for security video. It turns out that security cameras actually catch good ufo videos.
In the same 2009 video UFOs can be seen higher in the air above the horizon. The witness is heard talking to his friend as he notices them and then starts to film the objects. These higher altitude orbs tell us a bit more. Are we looking at a lighthouse from distant land? Or are these oil vessel flares?
90 to 95 percent of UFOs can usually be explained. As a healthy skeptic I have gone over as many possibilities as I could think of that could be a possible explanation. There are a few that do not fit.
1. Chinese LanternsThe 4 orange light orbs remain low just several feet over the water.They maintain a precise half circle shape for a long period of time remaining motionless over the water. It would be extremely difficult to get lanterns to do this.
2. Distant Land or LighthouseAs pointed out in a map in earlier posts the Sea of Marmara is a minimum of 27 miles across. The weather conditions recorded through the NOAA report that the visibility in the area was around 6 miles. NOAA Weather Info
3. Oil VesselAs pointed out above some of the orange lights can be seen moving to a height above the horizon were no vessel or cruise ship could reach from the perspective of the camera.
